We have a nationwide network of service engineers who can set up your bike and carry out servicing and repairs. Each of the engineers are familiar with the mechanical and electrical components of our bikes and will be able to diagnose any problems. Servicing charges will be the same as for a normal bike and you can be confident that your Emu bike will be in the best of hands.
In London and anywhere within the M25, support will be provided by Velo City Cycles, for the rest of the UK support will be provided by Cycle Assistance Network and the Cycle Tech Network. We can arrange for service to be carried out at your home or office.
In the event that no service provider is available in your area, then you can contact your local bike repair shop/technician, all non- electric issues can be handled by any qualified repairer.
