My previous battery died...have had my bike for 4 years. Decided to buy the bigger amperage one...pleased I did. Well packed and delivered quickly.

I was advised which part suited my bike. The part arrived quickly and when I phoned about how to use the part I received very helpful advise. Great service overall!!

It was a while ago but I noticed a bad review here. So I thought belatedly I would add mine. The connection pins on our display got damaged while transporting the bike (inside our caravan). I contacted EMU who quickly responded and sent a new display. It does say on the receipt for EMU Classic Mk3 and EMU EVO Mk1 but appears the same and connects the same and works the same as the original display for our EMU roam free mk2 and has done for 18 months since.

Its a battery, it works !!!

I have just completed a charity 40 mile cycle ride. Initially I was concerned that the range of the battery would not be good enough but I was surprised. I rode the course in power level 1 all the way, even on flat and down hill sections, and used the derailleur gears as much as possible. The hills were not too steep but in all there was nearly 500m of ascent and I passed many people on normal bikes on the uphills but the passed me on the downhills and flat sections. My average for the ride was about 17kmph which was better than expected. At the end of the ride I still have 59 per cent of battery left. Amazing. At 75 I would never have completed the ride without my Emu bike. Thank you.

I ordered the new battery on the emu website, which was real easy on Thursday, was on my charger on Saturday evening and on my bicycle on Sunday, can’t better that for service, bike’s like a new one.

It took a little time to get comfortable, but now it is very comfortable. Kind regards Mike.

Really pleased with my purchase and wish I’d gone electric earlier as makes my cycle to work pretty much effortless, like the fact that the battery is integrated into the frame, only downside is the brake cables as quite taught on the handlebars but just need a bit of adjustment and hopefully all will be good.
