I ordered a display controller and got some other controller. Tried to email them. No response, again.

Thank you for my spare part. I was also expecting a guide how to operate it and perhaps a guarantee?

It was a while ago but I noticed a bad review here. So I thought belatedly I would add mine. The connection pins on our display got damaged while transporting the bike (inside our caravan). I contacted EMU who quickly responded and sent a new display. It does say on the receipt for EMU Classic Mk3 and EMU EVO Mk1 but appears the same and connects the same and works the same as the original display for our EMU roam free mk2 and has done for 18 months since.

When my controller failed EMU were very quick to send out a new controller and agree a warranty repair at my local bike shop. When the work started it was clear that the wrong controller was sent out so I’ll have to wait longer to get my EVO back……
