Its a battery, it works !!!

Very happy with my purchase thanks

Renewed Bike.

I ordered the new battery on the emu website, which was real easy on Thursday, was on my charger on Saturday evening and on my bicycle on Sunday, can’t better that for service, bike’s like a new one.

Works well, pleased with purchase

Order process on the EMU website needs improvement. I had to place my order over the telephone which worked well. The battery arrived with some charge, so was quickly fully charged. It seems to have a little more power than my old battery but that may be because it’s new. Pleased with purchase.

Replacement battery

Had trouble paying through the website. Had to repeatedly contact via email and phone to sort it out. Very quick delivery when paid for though, next day! Pity I had to wait so long for the battery to be restocked (5 month!) But very happy to be back on my bike.
